Delivery Information

We deliver our products across the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands). All orders are sent out through a third-party pallet network.

How Pallet Deliveries Work

• Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days and is made between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
• Next day, timed and weekend deliveries are available for an additional cost. Please contact us by phone, email or online chat for further details.
• We will contact you within 24 hours of your order with a confirmed delivery date. If you order at the weekend, we will contact you on the following Monday.
• Standard delivery is all day, as a time slot can't be requested without the timed service.
• Goods are delivered on a tail-lift lorry using a pump truck. We do not use a crane, so goods cannot be craned over vehicles, fences, walls or hedges.

Checklist Before Ordering

It is your responsibility to consider whether your property is suitable for our delivery method. If in doubt, please call us and we will be able to advise on whether delivery is possible.

• A minimum width of 3 metres is required for vehicle access, including the route to your road.
• Access must be free of obstacles such as low cables or overhanging trees.
• The delivery area should be fairly level and wide enough to fit a dustbin-lorry-sized vehicle. Pallets can be more difficult to manoeuvre on slopes or hills due to their weight.
• Pump trucks cannot work on soft or loose ground such as grass or gravel. Goods must be delivered to hard standing, and the route to it must also be flat, level and smooth, for example tarmac, concrete or block paving.
• If access to the property is insufficient, delivery will be kerbside only.
• At the point of delivery, the driver's decision is final. They will not put themselves, the vehicle or other people's property at risk.
• If there are any problems on the day, please call us before the delivery driver leaves so we can see if we can find a solution and you do not incur charges.
• Failed or refused deliveries will incur a re-delivery charge, which the customer is liable for.

Deliveries Outside the Local Zone

Our website supports delivery nationwide. Orders outside our local zone are also delivered by pallet network, with a delivery surcharge that depends on your postcode. Enter your postcode in the calculator at checkout to see the exact charge before you pay.

Local Large Loose Deliveries
